General Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any bonus-specific terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and goidsbet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail only with respect to the matter of the relevant promotion.

goidsbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of goidsbet following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

goidsbet operates as a safe and reliable platform using SSL encryption, certified game providers, and industry-standard KYC procedures. We do not make claims about specific regulatory approvals from any Bangladeshi government body. What we guarantee is that every transaction on goidsbet is encrypted, every game in our lobby comes from a certified provider, and every player's personal data is handled with strict confidentiality as set out in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of goidsbet that cannot be resolved through our internal support process shall be subject to binding arbitration. By registering an account, you irrevocably submit to this dispute resolution process.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use goidsbet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This is a strict minimum with no exceptions. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from accessing any part of the goidsbet platform.
2. Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. Persons lacking legal capacity — including those under guardianship or declared legally incompetent — may not use the platform.
3. Single account: You may hold only one registered account on goidsbet. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
4. Personal use: You must register and use goidsbet on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
5. Not a prohibited person: You must not be on any self-exclusion list, and you must not have previously had an account closed by goidsbet for cause, including fraud, abuse of bonuses, or breach of these terms.
6. Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are required to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

goidsbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and promotional offers on goidsbet, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

By submitting your registration details, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. goidsbet may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided. This is part of our standard KYC process and applies to all accounts without exception.

1. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. goidsbet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.
2. Notification of breach: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@goidsbet. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension for your protection.
3. KYC verification: Full identity verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be required at other points determined by our compliance team. KYC documents must be submitted via the account verification section. Processing times vary but we aim to complete standard KYC within 48 hours of receiving all required documents.
4. One account per household: Only one active account is permitted per household, per device, and per IP address as a general rule. Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting our support team. Where multiple accounts are detected from the same household, goidsbet reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

Deposits & Withdrawals

goidsbet supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for their relevance to the Bangladeshi market. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and are protected by SSL encryption.

Accepted payment methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The current list of available methods is always displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal within your account.

1. Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by goidsbet, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits, which are outside our control.
2. Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to fully KYC-verified accounts. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. This requirement exists to protect all players and prevent fraud.
3. Withdrawal processing time: goidsbet aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Processing times for mobile wallet methods such as bKash and Nagad are typically faster than bank transfer withdrawals. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's own processing times.
4. Withdrawal to same method: As a general rule, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for your deposit. This anti-money-laundering measure is standard practice and may be enforced at our discretion.
5. Currency: All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are conducted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). goidsbet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Currency conversion, if required, is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.
6. Declined transactions: goidsbet reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal that triggers our fraud detection systems, violates these terms, or cannot be satisfactorily verified. In such cases, we will notify the account holder and request any additional documentation required.

Bonus & Promotions

goidsbet offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

1. Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any portion can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from those bonus funds.
2. One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus may be applied to an account at any time unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses not expressly permitted by the promotion's terms will result in cancellation of all bonus funds involved.
3. Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards clearing a bonus, while table games such as blackjack and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the relevant promotional terms.
4. Minimum deposit to qualify: Most deposit bonuses require a qualifying deposit of a minimum specified amount, which will be stated in the promotional terms. Deposits made via certain payment methods may be ineligible for specific bonuses — this will be clearly disclosed in the promotion details.
5. Bonus abuse: Any behaviour that goidsbet determines, in its reasonable judgement, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal genuine play risk — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6. Goidsbet.net's discretion: goidsbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress where the change would be materially detrimental to the player, unless fraud or abuse is suspected.

User Obligations

By using goidsbet, you agree to the following obligations which apply throughout the duration of your account and your use of the platform:

• Provide accurate information: All personal and financial information provided to goidsbet must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• Personal use only: You may only use goidsbet for your own personal entertainment. Commercial use, systematic exploitation, or use on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Protect your account: You must take all reasonable steps to protect your login credentials and prevent unauthorised access. Do not share your username, password, or 2FA codes with any other person.
• Responsible gaming: You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that goidsbet cannot guarantee any return on wagers placed. You are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — and to seek help if gambling is negatively affecting your life. • Comply with applicable law: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of goidsbet complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. goidsbet makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
• Cooperation with verification: You must cooperate fully and promptly with any identity verification, source-of-funds, or other compliance request made by goidsbet's KYC team. Failure to cooperate within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on goidsbet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Fraud and misrepresentation: Using false identity documents, impersonating another person, providing false contact details, or making any fraudulent representation to goidsbet or its payment providers.
2. Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that constitute proceeds of illegal activity. goidsbet is committed to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transactions to appropriate authorities.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to exploit games or betting markets, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinating wagers to manipulate live odds.
4. Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, screen scrapers, data harvesting tools, or any other automated method to interact with the goidsbet platform without prior written consent.
5. Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider for funds that have been legitimately wagered on the platform. Any chargeback found to be fraudulent will result in permanent account closure and recovery action.
6. Exploitation of errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any technical error, software bug, pricing error, or obvious mistake on the platform. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided.
7. Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one goidsbet account, including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
8. Minors: Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 18, including knowingly sharing your account or device with a minor.

Account Suspension & Closure

goidsbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to pass KYC verification, or inactivity.

1. Suspension for investigation: Where goidsbet has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms, an account may be suspended while an investigation is conducted. During suspension, the account holder will not be able to log in, deposit, place wagers, or request withdrawals. goidsbet will endeavour to complete investigations promptly and will communicate the outcome to the account holder.
2. Closure for breach: Where a material breach of these terms is confirmed — including fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited conduct — goidsbet will permanently close the account. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, any balance held in the account may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
3. Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your goidsbet account at any time by contacting our support team at support@goidsbet. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard processing, provided KYC verification is complete.
4. Self-exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion, which permanently closes the account and prevents re-registration for the chosen exclusion period. 5. Inactivity: An account that has had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as disclosed in the account settings. goidsbet will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. The account holder may reactivate the account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
